Thank you to all our generous donors. The capital campaign was a huge success as you can see from the beautiful library. Now we are asking for your participation in our Annual Appeal. This yearly fund helps us maintain the buildings and grounds of both the Main and Fowler Libraries. Please support this town treasure - one of the jewels of the Concord Community.

Giving Opportunities
The Concord Free Public Library is a 501(c) 3 charitable
organization. Donations made to the Library are tax deductible.
There are different ways to contribute financially
to the well-being of the Library. Listed below are some specific
ways of how you can help.
> Capital Campaign
The capital campaign raised $7.7 million to renovate the Main Library. The majority of the contributions were from Concordians which allowed us to add air conditioning, install new heating and electrical services, create more open spaces, including a Young Adult Center, a new Periodical Reading Room and a Media Room. Thank you to everyone who participated in this historical project. We are truly grateful.
> Annual
Appeal - Support Your New Library!
The Annual Appeal, which runs from July 1 to June 30th each year, raises funds to help maintain the newly renovated building and grounds of both branches of the Library. Each year the appeal also helps purchase $75,000 of books, videos/DVDs, CD's and Books on Tapes/CDs. Contributions to the Annual Appeal are accepted at anytime during the year. Envelopes are available at both Main and Fowler Libraries. For more information about contributing to the Annual Appeal, please call the Development Office at 978-318-3355.
> Memorial Funds
A fund for books or general purchase may be established in memory
of a family member or friend. Please indicate the designation on
your check or in a note and we will provide you with a receipt
and send a
note to the family.
> Book Funds
Book funds are earmarked for specific areas
of library acquisitions (e.g: Young Adult books, Children’s Books,
Fowler Library Collection, etc.). Book funds can be established in
honor or in memory of a person with a special book plate placed in
the book(s).
> Giving In Honor
A gift in honor of a teacher, special birthday, or any occasion
or individual is welcome. A receipt is sent to you and a card
is sent to the honoree
to announce your gift.
